About Pubcon
Pubcon is the premier digital marketing, social media and conversion-rate optimization conference. The inaugural session was held in London in 2000, with the initial focus on search engine optimization. Pubcon was founded by Brett Tabke, who had been active running and managing websites as a webmaster since 1984.
While initially the ‘Pub’ part of the moniker referred to the informal, ‘pub’ setting of the conference, in recent years Pubcon has expanded and now primarily refers to the large site of web publishers who meet and converse at the conference. Past speakers have included Moz’s Rand Fishkin and Google’s Matt Cutts.
Given its history as a forum for search engine optimization experts, we are particularly proud that Reva and Becky were invited to speak at Pubcon Las Vegas 2017.
